All orders are sent to production as quickly as possible — typically by the next business day. Most items are produced within 10–14 business days or less, depending on what you ordered.
Once your order enters production, you’ll receive an email with your estimated shipping date. If it doesn’t land in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
Please note: This timeline does not include shipping, and both production and shipping times may shift during peak holiday seasons. We do everything we can to keep things moving, but the busy season can bring natural delays.

More than likely, the email was filtered into another folder. Please check your Promotions, Junk, or Spam folders, or search for hi@livestockboutique.com.
If you still can’t find it, just send us an email and we’ll be happy to resend it.

Because each item is made-to-order, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need to update something (like a delivery address or info on your order), please email us as soon as possible at hi@livestockboutique.com and we will do our best to make the change.
Please include your order number in the message so we can help you quickly.
We’ll do our best to make adjustments if your order has not yet moved into production, but changes cannot be guaranteed due to the fast nature of our processing timeline.

You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have an account on our website, you can also log in anytime, go to My Orders, and click the tracking link there.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email, phone, or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you quickly.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different production partners. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
If something is missing, please check your shipping confirmation email to see whether items were sent in separate packages.
If everything should have arrived together or you still have concerns, please email us with your order number. We’ll look into it right away and make sure you’re taken care of.
