Personalizing your product happens directly on the product page, where you can see your choices come together as you work through each step.
Depending on the product, the personalization process may include:
- Choose Your Design
- Choose Your Colors
- Choose Your Pattern
- Choose Your Livestock
- Choose Your Livestock Colors & Markings
- Add Your Text
The options available may vary by product. As you make your selections, the preview will update so you can see how your finished design is coming together.
Livestock and text can be moved and resized directly in the preview. Once you are happy with your design, review your selections carefully before adding the product to your cart.

Begin by choosing the design you would like to use as the foundation for your product.
Next, choose the colors and pattern you would like to use. Your preview will update as you make each selection so you can see how the design is coming together.
The designs, colors, and patterns available may vary by product. Additional personalization options will appear as you continue through the steps.

Choose the livestock you would like to include in your design. Where available, you can add up to four animals by selecting Add More.
After choosing each animal, select the available colors and markings that best represent it. Options vary by species and artwork.
Livestock can be moved and resized directly in the preview. Click or tap an animal to adjust its placement or size.

Choose whether you would like to add text to your design.
You can add names, dates, farm or ranch names, or your own custom wording. When additional text is available, select Add More to add another text element.

Review all spelling, capitalization, dates, and other details carefully before placing your order.

Before adding your personalized product to your cart, take a moment to review your design carefully.
Check:
- Your livestock selections
- Livestock colors and markings
- Colors and patterns
- Names, dates, and other custom text
- Spelling and capitalization
- The placement and size of movable elements
The preview is there to help you see how your choices work together before ordering. Your product will be created using the personalization and design selections submitted with your order.
If something does not look right, go back through your selections and make any needed adjustments before placing your order.

The right Barn Bible™ depends on what you need to keep organized.
If you need to manage your schedule and everyday responsibilities:
Choose a Daily or Weekly Barn Bible™ Planner. These are built for planning appointments, work, family responsibilities, livestock schedules, and everything else that needs a place in your week.
If you raise or breed livestock:
Choose the breeding and production planner created for your species. These planners help keep breeding dates, expected due dates, birth records, animal information, and other important production records together throughout the season.
If you show livestock:
Choose the Barn Bible™ Show Planner to organize animal records, feeding information, weights, show schedules, entries, results, and other details that follow you through the show season.
If you work with donor and recipient cattle:
Choose the Barn Bible™ Donor & Recipient Planner for organizing donor, recipient, synchronization, transfer, and pregnancy information.
If you need a smaller, ready-to-ship option:
Choose a Mini Barn Bible™. Mini editions focus on essential records in a compact format that is easy to carry between the barn, truck, show, and wherever the work takes you.

There is no single right way to use a Barn Bible™.
Your livestock, operation, show schedule, and responsibilities are your own, so the goal is not to fill in every space simply because it is there. Use the pages and sections that help you keep the information you need organized and easy to find.
For breeding and production planners, many customers begin by entering the animals they are currently managing and then add records as the season progresses.
For show planners, start with your current animals and upcoming shows, then use the planner to keep feeding information, weights, schedules, deadlines, results, and notes together throughout the season.
For Daily and Weekly planners, begin with the responsibilities that already shape your days. Add appointments, livestock schedules, family commitments, business responsibilities, and anything else you need to see in one place.
The Barn Bible™ is meant to support the way you already work. You do not need to use every page perfectly or create a complicated system before you begin. Start with the information you need most and build from there.

Personalizing Your Barn Bible™
Personalized Barn Bible™ planners allow you to create a cover that better reflects your livestock, operation, or story.
Depending on the planner and available design options, you can choose your design, colors, pattern, livestock, livestock colors and markings, and custom text.
You can add multiple livestock animals and personalize details to better represent the animals that matter to you. Custom text can include names, farm or ranch names, dates, or other wording you would like on your cover.
As you personalize your Barn Bible™, you can move and resize livestock and text to adjust the layout.
Review your finished design carefully before placing your order. Your Barn Bible™ will be created using the personalization submitted with your order.
Orders, Production & Shipping
Production Times
Production Times
Production time depends on the product you order.
Most made-to-order and personalized products are placed into production quickly, often by the next business day, and are typically completed within 10–14 business days or less.
Once your order enters production, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed ship date and may change depending on the product, production volume, or time of year.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the production update in your inbox.
Ready-to-ship products follow the shipping timeline listed on the individual product page.

Shipping time begins after your order has finished production and is separate from the production time listed for your product.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number because items can ship separately.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order Products
Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order Products
Livestock Boutique offers both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products.
Ready-to-ship products are already in stock and do not require production before shipping. Their shipping timeline will be listed on the individual product page.
Made-to-order products are created after your order is placed. This includes personalized products and other items that require production before they can ship.
The product page will tell you whether an item is ready to ship or made to order, along with the production or shipping information that applies to that product.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, they may arrive separately.
Delayed, Missing or Delivered Packages
Delayed, Missing or Delivered Packages
Once an order has shipped, tracking updates and delivery are handled by the shipping carrier. Occasionally, tracking may take time to update or a package may experience a delay while in transit.
My tracking has not updated
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package. Tracking information does not always update immediately after a shipping label is created or at every point while a package is in transit.
My package is delayed
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control. Please continue to check your tracking information for the most current delivery updates.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it
Please check around your delivery location, with other members of your household, and with neighbors if appropriate. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before they physically arrive, so we also recommend allowing a short amount of time for the package to appear.
If you have checked these possibilities and still cannot locate your package, please contact us through our contact form so we can help determine the next step.

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
Cancellations
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. Because orders are sent to production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
Changing or Correcting an Order
Changing or Correcting an Order
If you notice a mistake or need to change your personalization, order details, or shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to make the change if your order has not yet entered production or shipped. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please use our contact form and include your order number and the correction or change you are requesting.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
We stand behind the products we sell and want to make sure you receive what you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and the problem so we can review what happened and determine the appropriate next step.
Missing an item from your order?
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Please check your shipping confirmation emails and tracking information first to see whether your items were shipped separately.
If all packages show as delivered and an item is still missing, please contact us so we can look into it.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day. During especially busy production or holiday periods, responses may take a little longer.
